Sushi Etiquette by the World’s Best Ever. Good points made in the comments that these ’rules’ are pretty high-brow and akin to our western ’salad fork first, hold wineglass no higher than your third shirt button…’ malarky. But still interesting to know how to do it properly. (Though how the heck you’re supposed to turn the piece of sushi upside down in the soy sauce without loosing your fish is beyond me. And I always mix the soy and wasabi.)
